We have a 12,000 sq ft factory in Wakefield, manufacturing in excess of 600 unglazed frames per week. As our business is growing on a weekly basis, we have the option to take extra space at the business park we are located at in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
We have already made major investments in machinery, such as the installation of a Haffner Cutting and Prepping Centre, and a Haffner automatic Sash Line. We are currently semi-automated, but as we expand we are looking to add further automation to our production line, in order to maintain our current high quality product.
We encourage all dealers to embrace online ordering through First Degree Systems software. By training dealers how to input orders within their own office, and email the orders to the factory, we have minimised input errors and made the whole system more efficient.

We have a sister company Conservatory Outlet Glass Ltd, which is based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. So dealers can now buy their frames from the frame factory and sealed units from the glass factory – a complete service!
